We visited Twilight at the Museums where 12 museums in Cambridge offer free drop-in activities for families to enjoy. We started off the Museum of Cambridge where we made candles!
Then we moved the University Library - where although we couldn't look round the library itself we could view their 'Curious Objects' collection. It contains the more unusual objects in the Library’s history; from an
ostrich feather and ectoplasm to an old boot, a boomerang, and beard
hair sent to Charles Darwin. We then listened to stories and enjoyed some crafts!
Cycling home, we stopped off by the Senate House to watch the e-Luminate festival display!
