Parent & Child French baking @The cambridge cookery school
E, P and myself enjoyed a morning of baking at the Cambridge cookery school. There were about 10 groups of mixed ages. We made brioches, baguette viennoise and a plaited rye loaf. All were yummy! The course was really well run and we were taken through the stages step by step. We also enjoyed a nice drink and snack whilst our items were baking. The course was expensive but the girls are keen to go back and so something else next time! And the best bit - no washing or clearing up!
