Ickworth

We spent the afternoon at Ickworth. We started with a visit to the cafe - where G and I enjoyed the scone of the month (and decided we need to visit once a month).

We then enjoyed Ickworth's Easter Trail (£2.50 a child) - a short (if not a little muddy) walk around the estate answering questions posted on daffodils with facts about the estate. The answers to the questions then needed to be reordered to give a code word which needed to be spoken to the NT people at the start and in return they gave you an egg!  This is definitely one of the more tricky trails we have done - it was fun and all the girls enjoyed it (apart from I who is still at school :( ). It was also lovely to watch the lambs gamboling around.

We then extended the walk with a visit to the trim trial and the playground!
